Nice one James. You IP obviously appreciates that there have been "hidden" increases in your expenditure too.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

That's really good news. I can't imagine there are many people who are going to be able to afford an increase in their payments in the current situation and just hope that other IP's have the same realistic attitude as yours James.

Hi James, good news that you don't have to increase your contribution. Annual review time can be very tense so a great feeling when the outcome is positive!

Ours stayed the same this year as well - it is a great relief when that happens.

Good news about your review too Jan.

We have only ever been told we needed to increase once, that was at our first review and that turned out to be an error on the review department’s part. Our monthly contribution was to go up by £200 based on non guaranteed overtime and was completely at odds with our proposal. I was horrified and our Easter that year was ruined as the letter came on the holiday weekend. It was sorted out eventually once we spoke to the right person but has left me feeling ‘twitchy’ every year since even though all the other reviews have been fine. (One of many reasons why I wish I had known about this forum sooner)

Anyway no more reviews for us with only 6 days to go but the biggest sigh of relief will be when the completion certificate is issued!

Well done James - first reviews are nerve wrecking, I was horrendous!

6 Days Dizzy - Fantastic! That must feel brilliant :)

Im still awaiting the outcome of our 3rd review, some extras were put in by our IVA company which I had requested prior to the review & they have been put in & our IVA amount was the same on the I&E they sent. So fingers Crossed!
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X

I'm Waiting for my 12mth review IVA started 1st March 2010. This Seems to be a bit late through and i'm terrified. when i started I was covering Maternity leave which meant an upgrade in my Salary this finished in September and I lost around 200 per month in my Basic pay, although i still get overtime which makes my Monthly up to the basic on the upgraded net take home originally provided. Should this be accounted for? Should i not only be paying 50% of 10% over on overtime? hope this makes sense....

Hi Lisa.

I'd give your company a ring to see when they are going to do the review.

As to the money I'm not sure - it probably should be the 10/50/50 but as this makes your money up to what it was before I don't know. One of the experts can probably advise and your IP should be able to tell you.

Hi

I have just completed my annual review, my payments have increased as I have gone from working part-time to full (due to redeployment). My increase was split 50/50 although my outgoings have gone up of course, fuel and heating oil.
I am more or less about the same, but working more hours of course!
