Hi, I have nearly completed the first year of my iva, it has flown. All has gone well and I feel so much better for not having used credit cards all year.
I have like everyone found costs increasing and will be putting these into my new expenditure. I just wondered if ayone is with Debt Free Direct and how they have found them at review time.

Hi Marsha, i am with dfd and i have also found them to be very fair, just make sure that any increase over £10 you can provide evidence for as you will probably be asked for this. Good luck and i'm sure that all will be well.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

Thanks for the replies. I will show 1 months petrol receipts as thats an increase of 15.00. I also have had a rent increase of 25.00 but I can show this on my bank statement.I am able to offer a little more than last year, although I have asked for an extra 5.00 of contingency money as I only have 35.00 per month and I have asked for another 5.00 clothing allowance as thats currently 25.00. I will let you know how I get on.

If you have extra income that will allow for increases then you should be ok. All my increases were totally ignored as payments would need to be reduced. The only reason for this was that they had already increased payments when I got a payrise!
