Hi all,
My husband and I completed our 1st Annual Review paperwork back in May and still haven't had anything back to say whether our payments should change/stay the same etc.
Also, we have been emailing in our payslips monthly and need a figure confirmed as to how much we owe with regards to the 50% overtime but we don't seem to be getting any replies.. I have worked out the figure myself but wanted someone to confirm it.
Should we be worried? I don't want to sound like i'm pestering the firm as I know they are always very very busy, but i'm getting increasingly worried and don't like feeling i'm not 'up to date' with everything!

Hi Michelle
Annual reviews can sometimes take awhile to complete but genrally they should be done byu the anniversary of your MOC date.

Thanks

Our IVA started in June 2008, so i would assume to review was due in June?

You might hear something soon then. It takes a couple of months and as they only asked you for info in May then it should be sorted shortly, if not contact them and ask what is happening with the review.

You should hear something soon - I think they have a couple of months to send you the results.

We are with Payplan and ours was due in April, but they did it in February and we had our stuff through very quickly.

Your IP has until August to file their report, so I would not worry and I am sure they would have let you know if there was anything untoward.

Thanks for all your answers, knowing it can take a couple of months has put my mind at rest! I was just getting nervous that something was wrong or I had forgotten to do something.
Thanks again [:)]
