Previously with Debtmatters I have received my first I/E review with Grant Thornton.

I note a listed expense with GT is newspapers I have calculated this to be £25 per month( one daily paper, one evening paper, two weekly local newspapers and two magazines) would this be an acceptable allowance?

Also what would be a reasonal allowance for dental, optical and health expenses and Sky package including broadband?

With Debtmatters none of the above were listed as expenditure but on the other hand I was able to keep all my overtime money so I could pay for them out of my excess money - however times have changed employment wise(I work in the building industry) there is no overtime and I have had to take a small pay cut(evidence in pay slips)

Incidently I could struggle to make next month's payment of £757

The CCCS guidlines allow £5 per month for newspapers and £24 for medical expenses and £21 for Sky TV. But you should list what you actually spend and let them rule accordingly.

If your original IVA allowed you to keep your overtime money - those terms will not have changed with the handover of your case.
