I think they should still do the review on the anniversary - could be wrong though!

My IP has already told me what to start collecting for my review (in 8 months!): years wage slips, three months bank statements, latest Tax credits award and any evidence of increased expenditure.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Our expenditure went up this year with petrol and VAT increases but I didn't have to provide any evidence at all.

I think petrol and VAT and the like will be accepted without question -- I am hoping my IP just means anything out of the ordinary.

Probably. Just thankful that we've not had to increase anything other than basic necessities.

Up until our last review which was for year 5 we had never provided bank statements but they asked for them - not sure why but no problem as its not as if we can hide any money! I am with Jan though mine is slowing down now as we head towards the end....

I probably didnt make it clear when I said we had to provide everything, its not our iva payments we hope will reduce necessairiliy its what we hope we can claim for in the overtime we do. They allowed us to keep 100% of some overtime to fund a new window and some other essentials last year. Never asked for a reduction in our payments though!!
