Payplan have failed my IVA (at my request) going BR in 2 weeks. On my credit file there are 3 public record files, 1 being a CCJ (satisfied), 1 Voluntary Arrangement started 03 April 2008 and the last one being Voluntary Arrangement Complete. In the notes its says that the Voluntary Arrangement has been satisfied as at 22 September 2008.

Does this normally happen when your IVA fails?

thanks in advance.

Which credit agency is that with? I've just had a look at mine and my IVA isn't showing on the Equifax file and the Callcredit file has me in an active IVA that started on 24th October 2006 and finished on 24th October 2007. I can't find the Experian file to check.

I would have thought so - I'll have another look for mine and see what it says. It seems strange to me that the credit files can all have different information.
