Hi

If your IVA were to fail for whatever reason, is there anything stopping you from going to another IVA provider and putting forward a new IVA proposal to your creditors?

Thanks

Hi
No,you can re-propose but be sure to explain to your new IP the full facts of your previous IVA.If your previous IP filed for an interim order prior to your original IVA then you have to wait for at least 12 months before submitting a new IVA.
