I have my mortgage with NR and also an unsecured loan which is now part of the IVA...but the unsecured loan comes out together with my mortgage payment as one, and this is due on the 01st of the month.
I rang them just now to ask if that had been taken off - and they said no as they hadn't had the confirmation yet....but.....even if they did take it, they will refund me that money afterwards!!!
I really didn't expect that, I thought that they would put it towards the loan.
Also they were very nice on the phone - very helpful!
