I am just after a bit of advice on this one really, good old EIF (dont get me started!) sent me more letters a little while ago, most of them I do not recollect what they would be for but I sent all of the forms off signed, apart from one for a loan which I had already claimed PPI back from before my IVA which I have told them about several times, I have just received a letter from said building society to say that EIF have been in touch regarding this loan but have they have not sent a letter of authority from me (probably because I have not signed it as there is nothing to claim!) I am going to get in touch with my IP people but anyone had a similar thing with PPI?

Yes we did!! Pay plan asked us for authorisation and at that time 2 years ago we were told that we did not have to do this! We completed and have been told by tesco etc that EIF have been making enquiries!!
