any chance of me having another IVA

i was on a 5yr IVA 4 yrs ago and payed it off in full early. I am now self employed and find myself in the same situation as before (never learn) would there be any chance of me having another IVA or is it a no go.

I dont believe there is anything stopping you from proposing another IVA.
Perhaps speak to an IP and see what they think.

If you are self-employed you are bound to have a HMRC debt and they are not terribly receptive to second time around! But no harm in trying if there are good reasons for your current difficulties.
