I would certainly ignore such companies as this. They are only out to feather their own nest.

I'm ashamed to say we fell for the speed from David at Tyler Morgan! I got the Equifax credit report and sent it to them early this year by recorded delivery no less. As I hadnt even received confirmation a few weeks later I contacted them. I was told something about a default on our IVA, although we had never missed a payment to Grant Thornton. David told me he would send me a form to complete to ask GT for a copy of our file, I never received it. Two weeks later I rang again and was told it had been sent, but he would send another. Surprise, surprise I never received that either. I rang again this morning and said I had no confidence in them because I had received no correspondence from them at all. Apparently the first letter they sent out amending my file got lost in the post, as did the first and second forms he sent out. He was very rude and arrogant and told me that as I didn't believe they knew what they were doing he would securely shred my file! Now it only cost 8 first class stamps and £4 to Equifax plus recorded deliver, but it's the principal of it. Do not believe a word he says. How many more people have they scammed this way! VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT AND TREATS YOU LIKE AN IDIOT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS .[:(!]
