Should have said as well that some of the experts work for IP's or have expertise in other areas such as mortgages, insurance, stuff like that.

Apologies to those - didn't mean to miss you out!

Yes, I've been doing a little 'digging around' this morning and I can see the extent of the support that exists - it's pretty impressive!

I will be needing quite a bit of advice regarding mortgages so I may well be following up with the experts who offer help here.

Thanks

You will find no better than Tony Parsons who posts on the site. He has an extensive wealth of knowledge and happens to be a really nice chap as well. Tony posts as Welshboy.

Thanks Melanie - I had found a couple of references to his good work and I have made a note to make contact after I have spoken to a couple of people about what might be my best options.

Everything seems so complicated at the moment - I'm sure everyone feels the same until they're in front of an expert who has the skills to sort through all the rubbish and get to the salient and significant details!

I (almost [;)]) wish it wasn't a Bank holiday this weekend so I could get on with this!!!!

Best regards

You may find that some firms actually have the ability to speak to you over the bank holiday weekend. It might be worth making a few enquiries today if you are anxious of getting the ball rolling.
