I have read on the forum that Grant Thornton are now closing cases, any ideas what criteria they are using for clearing the back log. There are people on the forum who have recently received their completion certificate who made final payment after I did .

No idea at all but at least Karol has been on and hopefully, when you contact her, you can put the question to her.

Kallis,
I have received a post from Karol asking me to email as per her instructions, I already did this on 3rd March 2012. I have posted several threads on this forum which have been ignored by GT, I only received a reply when I started my own thread subject " Grant Thornton customer services " asking other disgruntled GT clients to post their problems !!
