I have paid off my IVA 2 1/2 years early, i have got my credit rating better than before but it will show on my file until Sept 2015.
Is there any mortgage companies that would look at someone with my current position?
Regards,
J

Welcome to the forum. Presuming you have your completion certificate my advice is you contact a mortgage broker who deals with the whole of the mortgage market.
We have an expert on this page called Ryan who has successfully gained mortgages for a number of forum members with various levels of deposits and circumstances.
Ryans contact details can be found on the left under the ask the expert link

Ryan has helped many posters both with advice and gaining a mortgage and I think I'm correct in saying Luluj is one of them, might be worth a chat with him.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
