Anyone got any contact details for Grant Thornton closure Department.
Completely fed up with them saying they going to get back to me then ignoring me.
If you ring the Customer services department they cant help you as "they dont have any contact apart from e-mail" which is a complete pack of lies its company policy not to pass enquirys on not the lack of ability to contact them.
And if you try to esculate it their supvervisors are always away on courses and if you ask to speak to the person who's covering them you get the "Im sorry they all taking calls" (amazing the one person becomes all everytime)
Sick and tired of them lying to avoid doing the job they paid to do.
Anyone out there got any form of contact that dosent involve them ignoring you?

If you email GT at iva.closures@uk.gt.com you should get a reply in a couple of weeks. You can also contact Karol who is on her by putting IVA forum in the subject line of your email and send to the above address.
She has pushed are closure as we where with transfered to GT last year after waiting over 17 month for CC we have just signed letters to get it closed in the next month or so.

Karol regularly looks in to the forum, although she does not seem to post much any more. I would suggest that you contact her in the first instance to see if she can do anything to assist.

Hi Viperboyz, if you are having no joy with the closure team then send your query in an email to addressed to IVACustomerServices@uk.gt.com and type 'IVA Forum' in the subject line...... Karol usually picks up on this mail and is normally very prompt and efficient on her responses... Good luck
