Anyone got some E-bay advice?

I've just started a dispute through paypal.. got daughter a Paramore (some band) t-shirt came to nearly £10 including P&P, 3 weeks ago. still not come. The girl advised me every weekend will post it on the Monday 1st class.. guess what still know t shirt. I know its only £10, but thats not the point!!

well I know its not a great amount of money, its just the principal.. if they done this to 10 people thats £100.

she's got CD of them.. was only last year I took her to Girls Aloud, how she's changed!![;)]

mines only 13.. hair gone from blonde to brown.. going to draw the line at black tho.. only ears pierced.. she's a bit too squeamish for the rest.. wearing etnie trainers that look too big!!

Ang, the seller will have to prove they sent the item and if they haven't used 'signed for' post they will be snookered. Paypal should credit you the full amount and they will claim it back off the seller.

I am silly really, there is a tutorialon ebay I will make a point of firstly learning how to use the new digital camera my daughter bought me for xmas, then how to gett ehphotos on my computer and then how to sell the on ebay. My trouble is I spend my spare time on here.

Oh they've advised us of the 28 day thing.. she then emailed Sunday said she'd send it first class Monday morning and hey ho still no t shirt!!

I have just had a succesful claim through paypal where I paid for an item and it never turned up, seller said they had sent it and had a reciept but no certificate of posting or tracking number.
I genuinely think she did post the item but it never arrived with me.

I claimed through paypal and they refunded me, the seller then appealed but as she could provide no tracking number they dismissed it.
Had she have got a certificate of posting a claim could have been lodged with the Post Office.

I ALWAYS send items I am selling recorded delivery so I have a tracking number, it is much safer and only 70p extra its worth it I think.
