Just recently been told my Iva has been transferred from Knightsbridge to credit fix. I'm over four years in with my final review soon does anyone know how the review works with credit fix and what they ask for as I know it differs per company.

Had mine with Creditfix. Amazed how easy it was, didn't need to do a I&E form, just sent in my current mortgage statement. An estimation of the value of my house was done using an on line valuation site - estimation came back well under the current value so nothing more to pay. All sorted out very efficiently but I too shared your concerns. Now all completed with no extension to IVA and no requirement to take out re-mortgage/loan, etc like some of the horror stories you've probably heard.

Depends these days as some online valuations are higher than normal ones - we had an estate agent do ours.
