Well done Debbie for going to the Dr's and hope you're feeling better very soon. If you don't hear today from your IP why not email them directly again asking for a reply within a certain time span. Also if you're using outlook or similar ask for a 'read mail receipt' at least then you'll know it's getting there.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

My main hinderence is you cant speak to your IP advisor direct but have to speak through CS dept with advisors who are not always knowledgable enough to help you. Then you have to rely on their accurate representation of the conversation by computer record, which of course you dont know about until it is fedback to you months down the line when you might have to recall the conversation. I have wrote a letter in April to my IP and still awaiting a reply.I have chased it up today and they are going to sort asap. Really would like to have a more personal approach from my IP think it would make a world of difference, wish id looked around,,,melanie lol x
