Got tickets to see BON JOVI 4 weeks this Friday. So woke up this morn and really need to lose a stone at least. Looking thru old threads on here gave me a idea......4 WEEK CHALLENGE!!!!!!

So I challenge myself to lose 7lbs(hopefully more) in next 4 weeks.....so if any one else is up for it, please add on!!!!

The date i'm going is the weekend the world cup kicks off too....so that could be someones incentive too.

I'm going to be ww at home on me own,got all the bumf, kitchen scales, points calculator so fingers crossed!!!!

Good luck.....[:D]

I'll join in with this one - might be just what I need to get me on track properly.
Next weigh in day for me is Tuesday.
When I was younger I did what I knew - now I know better I do better!

I don't drink alcohol, it's my husband that is the biggest problem to me, he eats for England I'm sure and often I just follow suit! x

Well a good start for me as I'm all anxious and eaten nothing so far today..which I know isn't good, my son had his ear lobe bitten off last night! how nice is that! Been to three hospitals today and we're finally home but how do some people sleep at night! Minding his own business and someone jumps on his back and bites through his earlobe to the point he needs plastic surgery!

He's got his SIA Licence as I've probably said before as he does security work, he split a fight up basically in a pub and went to walk away and a bloke jumped on his back and bit his ear lobe almost all the way through. Local hospital referred him to another one about 17 miles away and from there to another with a plastic surgery department. x
