Congratulations!!! I'm not in that lovely position yet but give your advisor a call to check you can cancel your payments and then celebrate! There may be a final review but it should be a formality x

Congratulations from me as well. Once you get that completion letter you can start tidying up your credit files.

Woohoo Lorraine [:)], Congratulations !!

You've nearly reached the end and come out the other side debt free !!

Have a wonderful future and a GREAT big treat (LOL) when you receive your notice of completion letter.

Take care.
All the best,

wait for your completion certificate and then consider sending copies to each of your creditors and the credit agencies so that any defaults put on your records AFTER the IVA started can be removed, and your files marked as satisfied.

You'll need to check all three agencies, Experian, Equifax and Call Credit.

Congratulations..... and what a time to be free from debt and IVA payments. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas, knowing that the new year will also bring a debt free fresh start. This is our first Christmas out of our IVA, and it is such a wonderful feeling knowing that we can buy gifts this year without panicking. It's amazing how you consider every purchase though, and sometimes resent having to pay out the money.... lessons learned definately.

My last payment goes out on Thursday and I just can't stop smiling.
After five long years it's a great feeling.
Final payment made Dec 2011.
