I completed all my payments on time with no delay which was 2017 my IVA should of been completed October 2018 but that as not happen I then called put in a complaint where they made contact with me stating that my IVA was close in December 2018 that did not happen until this month January 2019 3 months from the month it should of stated completed and close.
I would not advise anyone to use them please look and find a better company who says they are doing some on time and make you feel safe with them throughout your IVA.
