The overtime issue is different and I believe that you would still be caught by the 10% 50/50 rule. Paying the contributions in advance would not remove that obligation unless a variation was called so in my opinion you should continue to deal with the overtime as normal.
Can I do overtime at work now and keep all the money or not?
No, unless Aperture agree to this. Until what would have been the June payment the IVA is still running as normal, even though you have paid the regular payments up front. Extra earnings still have to be paid over.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
The overtime mod covers additional earnings and is paid monthly usually by debit card. The IVA will still run until June and the payments allocated each month but the overtime element will still need dealt with.
It will be put in a holding account I imagine at Aperture and then split between the creditors in June.

The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

I was with Aperture and i think with my overtime payments they were put into a holding account and distributed once per year. At the end of my IVA they asked for my last 12 months Pay slips to make sure that i hadn't earned more than was agreed in my IVA. If i had worked any overtime in the last 12 months i would have been expected to send in the surplus after paying my final payment. I was allowed to keep the first 10% and then split the rest 50/50 with myself and Aperture
