Aperture IVA has just been sold to Jarvis Insolvency.

All active IVAs have been transferred, and are now supervised by Jarvis.

It will be interesting to know if Jarvis (or Ms Prescott) will use the 'traditional' equity calculations, or adhere to the Aperture interpretation .

According to the FAQ, it's more or less business as usual. I imagine the transfer might slow down progression a bit whilst Jarvis get up to speed with all their new cases, but that remains to be seen really.

Norman your certificate should still come through, but you may need to chase it/be patient with the swap over.

Was it emailed to you? Check your junk mail too - Some IPs aren't sending things out by post at the moment and will email where possible due to Covid.

At least you have that which should be ok if you need it.

To be fair, what you've printed wouldn't be any different to what aperture would send you via post.

Hello Norman,

Only active IVAs were transferred to Jarvis Insolvency. It seems from your post that your IVA completed in May - congratulations! Unfortunately, this means that we do not have access to your details and a hard copy of your Completion Certificate will need to come from Aperture Debt Solutions.

However, I can confirm that the copy sent to you via the portal will be sufficient confirmation that your IVA has concluded, and removal of your IVA from the Insolvency Register confirms that Aperture Debt Solutions provided the Insolvency Service with a copy.

Kind regards

Jarvis Insolvency
