Just wondering if any members have had closure problems with Aperture as most comment's posted have been extremely negative. My iva is completed but the closure process sounds like it takes forever.
Please post your experiences! ! appreciated! !!!.

Aperture routinely take, as a minimum, what the industry as a whole regards as the maximum (6 months). They are not alone, but they are in a very small club!

Unfortunately you will have to keep pestering.

I contacted the IP dealing with my case, she apologised for the time involved so hopefully this will speed up my closure.

My iva experience was pretty straightforward. 72 payments and other than waiting for it to be officially closed to be debt free after all the years of debt for me it's worth the wait. And this forum has been invaluable in regards to a speedy closure. So much so that as a debtfree reward my wife and I are flying to NYC on Thursday. Everything paid for with no credit card required or debt when we return! !!. Its not easy but it's great when it's done. ...Everybody still paying your iva hang in there. ..
