Hi I originally had IVA with DFD but found out just last month they have been brought out by Aperture a while back. I've have had know contact from these people I only found out when I went online to get DFD phone no.
My main concern is my yearly review should have been done buy now I've emailed them left phone messages but am not getting any response. Also what concerns me is I'm now going into my 3rd year and nothing has been paid to my Creditors
I know this because just received default notice with amount still owing.
Could someone please givce me some advise as to what I should do.

Default notice balances and, indeed, statement balances, mean nothing --- the original account is often left dormant once defaulted. Your creditors will have been getting dividends as per whatever the agreement states (otherwise they would have been in touch!).

Pester Aperture using the numbers they supply: https://apertureiva.com/dfd/
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Thanks your given me piece of mind regarding payments.
But it's very frustrating Not getting a response from them.
Just want to move forward with my IVA not keep worrying about it.

Totally agree the lack of communication following the takeover to its existing customers is not good. Hopefully the details foggy has provided will help.

It may be that a dividend is not proposed until the end of your IVA (chekc your proposals to see what timings were proposed) and/or they have not had chance to review yours since the takeover.
