Marvellous news, and grateful thanks for your kind comments from all of the team. At the end of the day we are merely doing our jobs, but it is always a pleasure to act for nice clients, and humbling for us to see how much our work can affect people's lives. You deserve all of this Rod, and I very much look forward to working with you over the next few years.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Thanks people, it is my intention to give as much to the forum as I can. I have been trawling the pages for advice and information over recent months and trust me with a little research there is so much information and support out there. There were times that I felt things were getting too much, times I seemed grumpy (sorry Tamsyn)and times when I was simply completley befuddled by the whole process. But, and this is a big but, the forum along with my IP and support team were always there for me. A few days ago I got a yes, next will be the problems of ajusting to the first year and I am sure there will be more questions. So to all who are embarking on the first stages of the journey, or simply considering the possibility.....keep smiling because it can be done.

From someone just embarking on the journey can I say how important your comments are. this site is what encouraged me to ring Mel a week ago-I feel I can now look forward and am working hard to get my paperwork in order so that my IVA can be proposed.

The support offered by forum members to other forum members never ceases to amaze me. Thanks to all of your wonderful people for just being there for each other, and lending your support wherever you can. Clients tell me that this is such a big help in the early days of starting out with any sort of debt solution.

It was alifesaver to me. When our first Iva was rejected. Didn't know what to do. Payplan were not much help. Went on here and some great advice. Michael got involved and McCambridge duffy got the same proposal agreed with a couple of modifications. Don't post a lot but the info on here is great. Keep it up because it really does help.It does change lives in my opinion.
