I wish to formally apologise if my earlier comments have offended any posters.

It certainly has not been my intentions to undermine the good work of the experts or individuals who take time personal time out, to help and support individuals.

Ginger, please carry on posting. If the apology was directed at me, don't worry about it - I've been called a lot worse. I know I'm a bit of a pedant and that can come across as abrasive in writing - I'm much nicer in person !

Hi all - when I decided to stop posting on 'that' thread it was because I was already sailing close to the wind and could feel my temperature rising (to mix a few metaphors). It was entertaining but not advancing any understanding of the subject or helping observers and nobody needs to battered over the head with my opinion time and again.

I didn't mean to instigate a debate about the democratic credentials of the site or stop anyone else from having their fun!

Andy has had a few too many 'sorry I said what I said I won't do it agin' emails fom me and I thought he'd lose the will to live if he had to read another one [:I]
