well iva went thru in jan but have had a flurry of letters from lowells since june who have bought my abbey debt have forwarded to ip who have written to them on 4 occasions and today have recieved another two letters from them pre litigation etc all using the title MR and then my female sounding first name ,have spoken to my ip and they are sending out another letter to them telling them if they continue its harrassment as we are protected by the iva.there is obviously no communication in this company as they hold another 2 of my debts and i have received letters only for this account sorry just had to share as its really annoyed me as its obvious my first name is female and reading the company's corporate website they really sell themselves as the best but can't get a simple thing right grrr
