Applying for an interim order

can I apply to the court for an interim order without using an IP & how would I go about setting this process in motion ???

Most IVAs these days do not require an interim order but if one is needed you must use an IP. Only a licensed insolvency practitioner can prepare and circulate your IVA proposals.

Hi Ray, I had to have an Interim Order, but it was because it was business related. I just wanted to say, if you decide it is necessary contact an IP sooner rather than later. I didn't meet my IP till the Friday and I had to be at the court at 10am on the Monday! Luckily she was an absolute diamond and managed to pull it together for me, but in an ideal world, I'm sure a few more days would have been much better!
