I am now approaching the 54th month equity valuation stage of my IVA. Of course I am not going to accept the online valuation which at the moment will be 20k to high.

Could I have advice on the wording I should use when contacting local estate agents so I can get a low valuation.

Thanks

I fibbed and told them I was being made redundant and needed a quick sale.

Who are you with ? Some IPs, such as McCambridge Duffy, will agree to pay for a proper valuation survey, rather than an inflated sales figure.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
