Wow, what a relief!

All creditors who voted apparantly voted yes, apart from London Scottish who didn't bother to reply. Can't do a breakdown at the moment, but will do so when I get the chairmans report.

We really thought that mine would be refused or have to have a lot of modifications, but all they have said is that I have to pay 10% of overtime etc.

We have to have a further property valuation in the 5th year, but if there is less than £5,000 equity for each of us then the IVA is written off without us having to take out a remortgage. If we cannot remortgage, then the IVA will be increased for a year.

I am so pleased as I thought we would be stung for more money per month and we haven't been.

We also cannot go more than 3 months in arrears, which I don't intend to do.

God, I can't believe we have come out the other side of the nasty letter syndrome! No more phone calls from Mercers!

Thanks to everyone for your good wishes this afternoon. I will keep on posting as I know how important it is to have a good support network

Great news Kallis,
Well Done

We are on Cloud 9! I have often read on here about how people feel after their meetings, but you just cannot describe it properly. I feel as if I am starting the rest of my life.

WEll done, its a good feeling is'nt it ?
Also only having to pay 10% of overtime is good too, normally its 50%.

I am looking forward to Mercers ringing and will take great delight in telling them my news.

I think he said 10% about the overtime but my husband has just muttered about 50% so perhaps I misheard. I will know when the chairmans report gets here and will post further on that. I don't get to work much overtime (only if I am called out, and that is exceedingly rare, twice in 4 years!), don't get a bonus or commission. I can work a couple of Bank Holidays a year but I can do that for payment or time, so will probably do it for time.

I can win up to £500 on the lottery as well. I wish!!!!!!!!!
