Just off the phone to the IP, the IVA has been approved. The only modifications were that Blair Endersby took less for their fees!

Our IVA is over 60 months at 38.5p/£

I think the voting went as follows

Egg - Yes
Capital One - No
Tesco Visa - Yes
Lloyds TSB Loan - Did not Vote
Barclays overdraft & loan - Did not vote
Mortgage company (we were repossessed so shortfall and arrears are unsecured) - Yes
Completion Certificate received September 2012.

IVA approved Aug 2008 - 6 year term - last payment made 6 Oct 2014. CC received 14 Nov 2014.

wow...AR ..what good news and it was soooo long in coming through...what a wait..but well worth it...enjoy a good nights sleep tonight.
IVA completed 11th Dec 2009 due to a Full and Final with the fantastic help of Michael Peoples and
Mc Cambridge Duffy
