Slightly confused at the moment. Had my creditor's meeting yesterday and most of my creditors failed to vote apart from one which was rejected. However if the rest of the creditors had voted in favour then my proposal would have been successful. Is this normal. The 2 main ones that didn't vote where Barclaycard, Lloyds and Allied Irish. Is this common? I was told as it stands my application has failed but can be adjourned for 14 days

Who are you with, SUC? Hopefully your IP will be working on the non-voters to get them to vote in the follow up meeting within 14 days.

I'm with Mel. I am sure they are doing their best. Just trying to understand the creditors mindset that they cant be bothered to vote.

This is quite unusual SUC, but it does happen. I will look into the matter personally for you on Monday, as I assume that my colleague Sue Clay is acting as your nominee?

No worries. Sue Clay does not let any cases slip away from her and will be doing whatever she needs to over the next 14 days. But I will discuss this with her on Monday, regardless.

Suc, you have one of the best teams on your case:

"If you have a problem - If no one else can help - and if you can find them - maybe you can hire the M-Team"

My husband says that he has been reading articles that claim that if you sleep in the close proximity of electrical items connected to wifi, then this can lead to bad dreams. There may be something in this, as I have had a few weird ones of my own lately.

So am going to eave the iphone and ipad downstairs tonight - at least that will stop my middle of the night twittering!

That could be the case, but I doubt it (signals strength drops off quite rapidly at distance)

I suspect it may be more a combination of getting used to being a financial leaper and your slightly scary picture (looks very authoritarian , headmistress like, sorry)

Memo to self for tomorrow - find better photo for forum! That one is about 10 years old now! I think the one on my firm's website is a tad better.
