Hi all

Finally I can sleep at night, had meeting today, all approved 45p/£ full and final settlement. Some standard mods but don't know what yet as was on phone to IP got another call to take my dd to hospital so still don't know.

Wish we'd offered less know as they all accepted 45p/£ should have held out for less, I wish!!!!!!

Thanks to everyone for their advice in the past and good luck to everyone waiting for thier meetings.

Lisa you should be proud that you put your best foot forward and offered them a practical solution that you can afford to pay. Thoughts of getting away with less are probably not appropriate, and would probably not have worked.

Good luck with the IVA in the future.

It should all settle down over the next few weeks. Give the creditors time - they have not even recieved the Chairman's report yet!

L,
These days the creditors are upping their pence per pound dividend. I share your sentiment about offering less. 5 yrs can be a long time with dependents etc.

Everyone's I/E budget is different but the acccepted dividend never seems to reflect that.
I guess it will get up to 50p in the not so distant future.

There was a time when even HSBC accepted 37p pence to the pound.

Thanks for your support. Finally got to speak to Wilson Phillips about mods, usual standard ones which won't apply to us as we are going to complete with a year.

Turns out WP had to reduce their fee so creditors get 53p/£ Apparently all IP's have had to reduce fees.

Good luck to everyone waiting for their meetings.
