Didn't sleep and I've felt so sick all morning, stomach churning the lot.

Just got the phone call to say the IVA has been approved at the proposal amount of £600. it has mods but non that effect us, so thats good.

I can't believe how happy and relieved I feel. Finally we can move forward. i'm shaking, i'm that overwhelmed.

I want to say thank you to Melanie and her superb team of staff. They have been fab throughout.

and of course i don't think i'd have coped without this website without everyone being so nice and supportive.

(feels like and oscar moment) haha!

heres to the next 60 month. lol.[;)]

Fabulous news Connie! It's a great feeling when you get that call!

Oh well done Connie!!! May I ask what the mods were,I am trying to work out whether Ip/supervisor costs are normally set a little high as they expect to be asked to reduce them??
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

thanks

yeah the mods were about the nominees fees saying they must not exceed a certain amount excluding vat for a joint proposal.

the others stuff is about if i own a share in a property to release the equity in the 4th year. the way things are going i won't have any equity as we've only got £10000 as it is.
