Hi there Graham and welcome to the forum
First of all there is no problem with you being company directors - in fact IVAs were originally designed with professionals such as yourselves specifically in mind!
With regard to your payments, these are completely based upon what you can afford to pay, but to achieve a minimum dividend of 25p in the £ which appears to be used by most creditors, you would need to be paying somewhere in the region of £515 per month - or more if you could afford it. How much do you realistically think you could afford to pay each month?
If you have personally guaranteed any of the company's liabilities, these will also need to be taken into account and the IP you choose to represent you will also need to see copies of the limited company's accounts. Are you salaried directors or do you merely draw down dividends?
