Can you recommend a company who do home visits? Are IP's impartial?

If you require an insolvency practitioner to visit you at home, you will need to find one who operates in your vicinity who is prepared to do this. It is perhaps more sensible for you to visit the IP's offices if you feel that a face to face meeting is important. If your case is not complex, then a telephone interview is now permitted under our regulations, and many clients find that this is perfectly adequate - although I must admit I prefer to meet most of my clients personally.

Insolvency practitioners are absolutely impartial, and our role is to broker a sensible settlement between debtor and creditors.

Hi
An IVA is a life changing experience and as such you must take time in choosing the right company for your circumstances. If you have to travel 200 miles to have a face to face meeting with the right IP for you then its well worth it,you will also feel confident in knowing just who your IP is.
