48 hours and should have a decision if IVA accepted, reading some details about IVA's and it says creditors will normally only accept if they get 20 to 25 % back, my offer only works out at 18% , getting worried now, any advice ??

try not to worry is my advice, the best offer will be on the table and it is out of your hands. Some posters gain acceptance into the IVA with a lesser amount some with higher it's individual to you and your disposable income will have been worked out and that is what will go to your creditors.x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Sometimes a creditor will reduce an allowance in order to get a little more, but your IP will try to resist that, if possible.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Sometimes there are modifications requested but your ip will tell you about those on the day if there are any. They're usually to do with ip fees though and nothing for you to worry about.

you have a while to sort out your modifications, if straight forward you can accept them on the day, I did. They'll usually give you a decision on the day x

If there is something that you need to think about then you can have the meeting adjourned for up to two weeks while you make a decision.

Don't worry about the questions, its what we're here for.

They do but you are unlikely to be told a result until after the time for the meeting as they do still have time to change their minds.
