thanks, last question for tonight, then I am going to try and relax, hard at the moment, if accepted when is first payment due as I still have set up fee to pay, do fees for set up differ from company, the reason I ask is when i first spoke to company they missed off a secured loan and subsequently reduced offer to accomodade this, how ever I have paid one instalment of original quote and an due to pay the same this month to complete set up fee, hope this makes sense.

Hi, your first iva payment should be paid within 28 days. I don't know about the set up.fee.

relaxing not working.. 40 hours to go.. should try request to leave work early on Friday encase there are any problems .. hopefully not but best be on the safe side as want to be available to talk to rep

Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!

Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA :)

Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!

Thanks Mrs R , just wish the decision was made, it feels strange not being in charge of your decisions, but in a way its good as I can go back to living a normal budget life ..

I know the feeling. I have no doubts in mind that I'll be feeling the same when it's my turn.

All approved and only a few modifications to do with pension etc..phew !!!

60/60..first payment on 01/12/11
