Hi, you're right there are so many IVA companies around. I'm not with payplan so can't comment, but I'm sure some of the others will be along soon to advise. The link below will take you to a site where you can read reviews on all companies.

Take your time and get as much advice as possible - don't pay any upfront fees. By the way Melanie Giles who posts on here comes highly recommended, although she won't push her services on you.

Good luck xx

Hey allyw, welcome to the forum. Jan has an iVA with Payplan so I'm sure she will tell you how she finds them. Have a look at www.iva.com and read the reviews on there. I'm with Melanie Giles who posts on here and I can highly recommend her and her team. Good luck and always get a second opinion. X

Welcome from me too.

As Viki says, I have my IVA with Payplan and am just coming up to 6 months. I have had no problems with them at all. My IVA was up and running within 8 weeks of first speaking to them, and they also have an online facility where you can check the progress of your IVA.

I'm with Payplan too, my IVA was up and running within 6wks of the initial phone call.
They do not charge any upfront fees and I found that all correspondence is in a professional manner and they answer my questions via email straight away.
As I was told at my first nervous phone call, 'Your debts are now our problem, not yours' which to be honest, I found very reassuring

Good luck and welcome

I had my IVA with payplan and found them very fair and easy to deal with. I had to take a couple of payment breaks during my IVA as I was made redundant and they were very understanding and helpful when it came to sorting that out.Goos luck with your IVA[:)]
