are utility bills secured or unsecured??

hi all!

does anyone know if utility bills count in an iva?

Not quite sure but I put a huge gas/electric bill in my name into my bankruptcy. The utility are now in my hubby's name.....

Yes - outstanding utility bills can and should be included into the IVA.
