Hi be and welcome to the forum
If you are married, or have been living together for a significant amount of time, then it may be possible for you to propose mutual, interlocking IVA's, but the fact that you do not have any income is likely to affect their success, as your partner's creditors are going to be prejudiced to the advantage of yours.
I would have thought that you are better of declaring yourself bankrupt, unless your unemployment is temporary. Do you own the property that you live in and, is so, is there any equity?
