I would NOT be impressed if Dave bought me tea towels for Christmas! I know it's the thought that counts, but there are exceptions!

He'd be happier than I would be! Dave decided that we needed some new saucepans when we move so we went to Debenhams yesterday - he got a set of Tefal pans reduced to £36 from £120! He was very impressed with that needless to say! He's far more domesticated than me!

I once made the mistake of buying Mrs Torch
a new chip pan as a present.
I still bear the scars, i would also think
it is medically impossible to remove it from where she told me to put it.

Our first Christmas together I was brought a chopping board, kitchen utensils a kettle and a toaster. Now there's romance for you! needless to say after much moaning for me he has now learnt but it proved to be a good investment as after 10 years its all still going!

My hubby wants to buy ME a new part for HIS car. Yeah right, if that happens it WILL be getting put in the place that Mrs Torch told OT to put the chip pan.
