I'm glad you're getting the car serviced Cath, especially as you need new brakes!

Brakes are something which need doing as a priority.

Just a quick update.

I received the form to cash in the certificate and I have been able to do a partial encashment for the amount that I need and the rest will remain invested. I can then either cash that in if the creditors request or leave it to mature whereby the creditors will benefit from the final few months index linking etc.

I have my official meeting with Tom on Monday to go therough all the figures and the proposal. My f2f meeting with Melanie the following Monday, so am hopefully looking at a creditors meeting in the first week of December!
