advice please. I have received a final charging order for a debt with my creditors from my local court which is bad but it is for what i owe the creditor. But now i have received a second final charging order again quoting all my details and case number from a different county cour charging my house with a debt i know nothing about and do not owe this creditor the only difference is the land registry no. this second order is not my debt i have never had any paper work about this and i can only assume some horrable mistake has been made. could any one advise on my next step to try and sort this

Try not to worry give them a ring and find out as many details as to where the debt was taken out, who with etc. Explain that you do not know what it is for and is not you.

Try and find out why this mistake has happened, but you may need to consult a solicitor to deal with the Court.
