Help

I've lost my job, they are accusing me of something i didnt do along with them saying I am unprofessional and that I am not a team player, they are also blaming me for things that have happened in the nursing home that had nothing to do with me, of course I am not going to let it rest but they are going to report me to the nursing council and the protection of vulnerable adults, I have had enough of this nursing career so am getting out (only been a nurse for a year) a carer for 6 years and its all the same.

Anyway, ive got debts of about £44k unsecured and they are in my second IVA this time with freeman jones, obviously because ive lost my job I cant afford to pay them, so am now considering bankruptcy, I have no assets but a car on HP with an outstanding balance of £2800.

Would this be a good idea?

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks

With regards to the career ending I would urge you to think again. If your employers cannot prove you have done anything wrong then if they have sacked you it would surely be unfair dismissal and give you grounds to sue your employers.

Sorry you have found yourself in this situation.

Good luck getting it sorted.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

Hi thanks for your replies
They are saying because I gave a dying man a suppository, and complained that they werent given earlier, but wasnt fluent with my complaint, that I performed an invasive procedure without consent, they are also saying that other errors such as a drug key going missing and two morphine patches (one 6 days old) found on a resident was my fault, therefore they are refering me to protection of vulnerable adults and NMC, I have informed the RCN.

But ive had enough!!!!
