Hello to everyone,
Some of you may know that, like many others, I was given a pretty bad time by Synergie over a period of 6+ months where they took all my monthly payments and in the end the IVA was not workable and rejected. I didn't get a penny back and my creditors were talking about further action etc. When I came to this forum I saw others had similar experiences and with the help of my IP, Melanie Giles and her team I now have a successful IVA, which I can afford and it's down to the professional approach of this lady. Where the original IVA left out many financial details and future decreases (child benefits etc) this was all picked up immediately and Melanie sorted out.

In my first IVA with Synergie, there were 14 modifications - for me to swallow, in my second proposal and subsequent successful submission by Melanie, there were none. The proposal was dealt with in a matter of weeks and creditors date set for today - Fantastic all round! I can't say anymore, apart from thank you very much Melanie and to Sarah. Life can go on now. Don' t any of you give up, I nearly did...but it worked out better than ok.

Regards,

Andrew

Congratulations Andrew, you deserve special praise for pursuing this through such difficulties. And well done to Melanie and Co, for salvaging you from Synergie's claws! :-)

Good news Andrew. Best of luck for your future. Hopefully as more and more people use this forum they will know to stay well away from Synergie - I just feel for the people who are unaware what rip off merchants this company are.

Congratulations Andrew.

I am very pleased that you found Melanie and can now see the light that synergi took away from you.

Good luck for the next 60 months.

Congratulations Andrew and good luck with your IVA. I found myself in a similar situation to you. My IVA with synical Synergi was booted out by the creditors last week. All I can say is thank heaven I found Melanie & co. My advice to any one else considering doing an IVA is to keep well away from the so called IVA factories. They deal in high volume and will submit any IVA proposal just to get three to six months payments from you.

Come on you Red Devils!

Any phone calls from creditors will not be answered during the FA Cup final!!!!

Hi
A big well done to you and Melanie.
This is absolute proof that the quality of your proposal is just,if not more, important than the figures.
For people contemplating an IVA............take a few days to look around and speak to several companies. It really is the difference between success and failure. You are making one of the biggest decisions of your life and it will affect your life and the people around you so once again take your time,do your homework and ask those questions...........you,ll be so glad that you did.
