Well done Andrew (and Melanie!) - I remember your original posts and I'm so glad it worked out for you.

Enjoy the Cup Final tomorrow Red Devil - may the best team win as long as they are in red!

Congratulations Andrew - another success story and yet another example of Melanie's class!

Skippy - sorry to hear about Man Utd! :-(
Ah well, at least they took the premiership!

Best

Thanks OW - I was a bit gutted to say the least! At least Dave was happy, and I would rather Utd won the Premiership anyway - and no, that's not sour grapes!

Skippy and Red Devil

I remember in the 80's being constantly reminded by Liverpool fans that winning the FA Cup was only 6 rounds and the real measure of form was to win the title over a whole season. Ask any of those Chelsea players celebrating to excess on the pitch yesterday if they would trade their winners medal for a premiership winners medal and they would undoubtedly say yes.

But I hold my hands up and say it was a dreadful game where the best 2 defences in the league cancelled each other out and it took one moment of clever play to break the deadlock. So well done Chelsea.

Dave
Regards

Dave

It looks as though Owen Hargreaves will be signing for Utd soon, and if we can get another striker (and sell Louis Balsa Wood Saha) I think we'll be even stronger. I was gutted for Giggs as I think that 'goal' should have stood - even Frank Lampard said so. At least the second half was better than the first - I was losing the will to live after 20 minutes!

As you say, well done to Chelsea - it was a dogged performance. Sorry, I couldn't resist that one!
