My Wife and I Have A Debt Management Plan with the CCCS but We feel That we are still finding it dificult as we have a Mortgage and with the Intrest rates going up all the time We are still finding it very hard. Jointly we owe around £70,000.00 but we don,t want to go bankrupt and lose our house.
Would we be able to get an IVA ?

Hi Philtre

Glad to hear that you may be thinking of an IVA as an alternative. How much is your disposable income and how much are you currently paying CCCS? How much is your outstanding mortgage? I will be able to advise further when you send this information. Also do you have any debts with Northern Rock or HSBC?

Look forward to hearing from you soon!
