what if any information will the IP request from your creditors once they have this authority? (if you have sent up to date statements etc already)

That the creditors forward all statements and correspondence to the IP and that they submit a current balance of monies owed.

I would like to Know how many months statements do IP's require, I want to look into entering an iva but have zero number of statements, shred all of them so I don't have to look at the figures in the amount owing box[:(]

You don't get a settlement figure. Its the outstanding balance they want, which is apparently a different figure re interest etc.

We had to get all the information, which took a few weeks to get together in all, but all there now last credit card statement went off today, Hallelujah!!
